I loved the hotel's location, so close to the city center and within walking distance of all important places. The staff was very helpful despite their limited foreign language knowledge. The hotel facilities were super clean, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful - they were always there to listen and solve any problems. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and two beds. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel just outside the old village. The location was perfect, as it was close to the city center, beach, and all important places. I really appreciated the attention to detail, especially the prices of the mini bar which were very reasonable. It was great to be able to stock up on water for the day without breaking the bank. The staff were all friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were basic but clean, with large bathrooms, and I particularly liked the open-roofed atrium that added a unique touch to the ambiance. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a selection of cakes that were a delight to wake up to.
No major issues, just a minor inconvenience with the WiFi which didn't reach the rooms. However, it was accessible in the communal spaces so it didn't hinder my overall experience.

My New Year experience was quite alright, the hotel was well-located with easy access to the city center and views of the water. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was attentive and helpful, always willing to lend a hand with any issues or questions.
The maintenance of the hotel left a lot to be desired, as the rooms were outdated and some of them had issues with rain coming in. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to do work or communicate with friends and family back home.

The location was perfect; within walking distance to all the main attractions. the staff was friendly, and the price of the mini bar was reasonable. the place was clean and tidy; we loved the decoration and the breakfast was delicious.
The Wi-Fi only works in the communal spaces, which is not ideal for those who need to work online. we had an issue with staff on the day of our departure;

The hotel had a great location, just across the bridge that leads to the old town, which was perfect for exploring the area. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always happy to help. the rooms were basic, but comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.
There were no gluten-free options for breakfast. It would have been nice to have a little more variety, especially since we were staying for a few days.
